Process one PDF up to 50 MB. The watermark is a single line of up to 60 characters and is applied to every page. Image logos, selected-page stamping, color, and font-size controls are not available. Opacity ranges from 5% to 60% in 5% steps, with 0°, 45°, or 90° angles.
Blank text cannot be generated, while password protection, file damage, or insufficient browser memory can stop processing. The built-in font may not encode some special symbols or emoji. Even on success, long text, 60% opacity, or a vertical mark may obscure content; start with short text at 15%–25%.
The mark is written as an overlay: it does not remove pages, alter the source file, or compress images. It communicates intended use but is not encryption, access control, or a digital signature, and a recipient with editing tools may be able to remove it.
For a 24-page proposal, enter DRAFT - CLIENT REVIEW, choose 20% opacity, and use 45°. This usually makes the review status clear across every page while keeping tables and body text readable. Reduce it to 15% on light pages or raise it to 25% over a darker background.
Confirm the name ends in -watermarked.pdf and the page count is still 24. Inspect the first, any middle, and the last page for text, angle, and opacity. Zoom into pages with small print, signatures, or QR codes to ensure the mark does not hinder reading or scanning, and retain the unmarked source separately.
